Our gifts of time, talent and money have made a difference to many.

The journey is ours, the Mission is God's,

and we have been discovering how to be a part of what God is already doing.

We continue to express our faith through action.

UCoL's Social Justice and Outreach (SJO) Program is a very important ministry for our congregation. We are fortunate to have an Legacy Fund to allow for a full-time SJO Program Facilitator and SJO Team who work with Langley community tables, committees and non-profit organizations to be aware of marginalized and vulnerable populations in our community and support them in many ways. Our program facilitator and teams are supported by the passion and gifts of our two ministers.
Don't hesitate to contact Gillian McLeod if you would like more information about the work of United Churches of Langley in these areas.
Please explore the Social Justice and Outreach pages on this website to learn about the issues that are the focus of our work, and subscribe to the Social Justice Langley Facebook page.
We work with community organizations and non-profits and provide support, education and volunteers to a variety of projects throughout Langley. For more information, please see the Partners and Partnering page or contact Gillian McLeod, the program facilitator.
Among many of our concerns are Reconciliation, Anti-racism, Environment and Climate, Food Security, Homelessness and Housing, Immigration and Refugees,  and Seniors.
