Yoga Classes Are Back as of May 27, 2021!

Our Yoga classes are lead by Langara College Certified yoga teacher, Denise Hay. She teaches Gentle Yoga - a relaxed, gentle practice, for all levels of experience. Leaning on the restorative side, this class offers a focus on breathing, mindfulness, body alignment and deep relaxation. In this class, a chair can be used if needed. 

Everyone's health and safety are the most important considerations at this time, so the Communicable Disease Prevention Plan is implemented to ensure the teacher's and students' safety. Each class is limited to 9 participants. There are changes in how the classes are run that attendees will need to know prior to attending, so participants must register IN ADVANCE with Denise.

CURRENT SCHEDULE:

Tuesdays:

  • 10:15am - 11:30am 
  • 6:15pm - 7:30pm

Thursdays:

  • 10:15am - 11:30am
  • 12:00pm - 1:15pm

All yoga classes are taking place in the Sharon Chapel at our Murrayville site. 

Please bring a yoga mat and arrive about 10 minutes before the class begins.
